Returns and Exchanges Policy


             RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Studio Plush, we’re committed to helping keep our customers and staff safe during this difficult time. 

In efforts to help stop the spread of Covid 19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS, until further notice.

Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.

This Policy below is not currently in effect!!! 

We do our best and hope that you are enjoying your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled a STORE CREDIT.

 

*We WILL NOT accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, or not in it's original condition, or have had tags removed.

*Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.  

*We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us.

*Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

*Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

How to Exchange:

Follow these steps.

**Email us at info@shopstudioplush with the following information.

  • Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Order Number. Items being exchanged, and please indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for. We will check that the exchange is possible.
  • Please add the tracking number of the returning package ia follow up email.
  • Once we receive this email, we will reply with a Return Authorization number (RA#)
    • This RA# is required for packages being returned by mail.
    • Return Mailing address will given with RA email.
    • No package will be processed without an RA#.
  • Make sure item(s) are securely packaged.
  • Make sure that there is no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
  • Use a trackable, pre-paid and insured shipping method through Canada Post, USPS or your local postal service provider.
  • We cannot accept COD packages. 
  • Include your Return Authorization number (RA#) inside package.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. This cost is non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and sent back at owners expense. If the item is not accepted back by the post office, items will be held at the store until they are picked up or payment for reshipment is received. 

**Undelivered Items

If undelivered or uncollected items exceed the limit of days held by carrier, they will be returned to us (Studio Plush) as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to our stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
