Shipping Policy 

Hey Ladies
  • Our Orders are fulfilled Mondays to Fridays.
  • Orders made on Holidays and Weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date that the order is placed.
  • Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as these items will not be immediately available to ship.
  • Available shipping methods for Canadian orders include:

    • We offer a Canada wide  flat rate shipping cost of $7.00
    • We discontinued international shipping, until futher notice.

    Free Shipping (Canada Post Priority Mail): See if currently promoted

  •   Free Shipping is not applicable with other promotions.


All customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by STUDIO PLUSH and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery TO PAY ALL FEES

****We will not be responsible for orders lost or rerouted in the mail due to incorrect shipping addresses.

**** We do advise that you DOUBLE CHECK your information and SIZING before finalizing your orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Studio Plush does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Toronto Canada.

Studio Plush  is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself and any lost or stolen packages.


                                    *COVID19 UPDATE:

There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid19 crisis.  We are processing orders in a manner that insures safety for all parties involved, and shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including Canada Post our primary shipping agency.  Thank you for your patience as you shop during this time.


We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to wrong address.  Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order.  Contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages.

 Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.


Once orders are placed, changes need to be made within 24hrs so that cancellations can be made. AFTER ITEM IS SHIPPED AND OR DELIVERED, NO FURTHER CHANGES TO ORDER CAN BE MADE.

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via the Canada Post website:

Find the Canada Post tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you.

Visit, select the option to track your package and enter the shipping number that was provided.
